The new year is such a wonderful new beginning, but sometimes the dark days of winter can put a damper on that fresh start. One of our favorite ways to boost our mood is using essential oils. Many times it’s the physical benefits that get the most talk when it comes to essential oils, but the mental benefits are just as amazing!

Here are a few of the best essential oils you can use to enhance your mood:

Lavender

Lavender is easily one of the most popular essential oils because it is both useful and versatile. It has both stimulating and sedative effects, which is a great combination when it comes to enhancing your mood. Citrus

  • My favorite scent is citrus but I would also love to switch and try the lavender and peppermint. As long as it will provide the same effects.
