If you’re having a long week at the office or feel more stressed than usual, here’s a friendly reminder to make time for self-care.

Self-care is any activity that, when done intentionally, helps you take care of your emotional, mental, and physical health. While self-care preferences vary from person to person, here are a few of our favorite ideas!

Turn your bathroom into a sauna.

Ditch the screens and read a good book.
