A Great Christmas Gift Idea for Dad (and it’s not a tie!)

A Great Christmas Gift Idea for Dad (and it’s not a tie!)

Christmas shopping has officially begun but that doesn’t mean you need to kill yourself getting your list checked off. We have the perfect gift idea for all the men out there, so you have one less person to worry about. Dad is always the hardest to shop for and as a result, he’s often saved for last. And since you know he’s probably got enough ties, fragrances and gift cards, how about giving him a gift that will help him feel, look and live younger?

Men are known for neglecting their health – not because they’re irresponsible or careless, but because they work hard and are tired and don’t need more to think about. That’s why this gift is perfect. It adds health, life quality and relaxation. We have created our Eucalyptus ShowerMists for anyone that wants to feel and be more healthy – but we’ve noticed that men in particular, simply rave about it. It’s a way to stay healthy that they don’t have to eat, won’t smell like flowers and that keeps their mind and body energized and clear. Some ailments that it commonly relieves are arthritis, muscle pain, respiratory difficulties and hair and skin issues. The best way to reap the benefits is through steam inhalation.

Eucalyptus steam inhalation is recommended by some alternative practitioners for relieving nasal congestion and sinus congestion, usually from colds and flu. It can be done two to four times a day to relieve symptoms. If you’re not able to do this, a steamy shower, vaporizer, or facial sauna is an alternative.

You simply run the hot water in your shower, close the windows and doors for full effect – and spray the mist once or twice into the steam. Breathe in deeply and let it do its work. He’ll be amazed at how refreshed, energized and lose his body will feel!

At Eurospa Aromatics, we’re committed to providing you with the highest quality products possible. We are proud to offer the gift of health to you this holiday season and to save you the stress of deciding what to get your men for Christmas!

Dreading the Holidays? Here Are Some Tips to Help You Enjoy Them & Recover!

Dreading the Holidays? Here Are Some Tips to Help You Enjoy Them & Recover!

Being around family isn’t easy. Some people love it, some people hate it and others just do it because they’re supposed to. If it’s a torture to you, we want to give you an idea for recovering from it that you’ll love. And if you’d like to enjoy it, we’ve got some tips to share there too.

Have a better holiday than the years before and come out feeling good about it. Here’s how:

Remember the truth: This time is temporary and this is your family. You didn’t choose them, but here they are. Love the good inside them and don’t waste your time arguing. You’re not likely to change anyone’s opinions so don’t bother. If they need to think or act differently that’s their own growth to go through. They’ll grow much faster if you sit back and love them.

Simple Conversation: Avoid talking about major issues, family grudges, politics and personal choices. Talk about simple things like music, the books you’re reading, family vacations or the latest movies. And if the complex topics arise, refer to the last point. Don’t waste your time trying to prove something to anyone. It’s always a dead end or painful experience.

Find Kindness: Look for ways to be kind. Compliment people. Listen carefully and attentively to the other person. (If you’re not bothering to argue or convince them of anything, this should be easy to do, and good practice for your communication skills!) Take it further and look for opportunities to tell people why you appreciate them and what you admire about them. This is sure to up-level the mood in the air.

Recover: It’s no easy task handling family. When you’re done, you want to go home, fall on the couch and put your feet up. So do it. But upgrade the experience. All that effort and conversation (and avoiding arguments) can make you tense and tired. So make sure you have a couple bottles of our Pure Eucalyptus Oil ShowerMist, because this will calm your muscles, nerves and mood down so fast. Run a hot shower and spritz a couple sprays into the steam. Get in and just stand there. Breathe. Aromatherapy at this level will work wonders for you. And when you’re done – relax. Put on a movie, read a book or go to bed. You’ve done well.

The holidays are a perfect time for us to be better people. It’s not easy and definitely takes practice, but you can do it. And when you’re done exercising this muscle, you get sweet relief.

From all of us at Eurospa Aromatics, have a beautiful holiday.

The Perfect Christmas Gift and How to Use it for Better Health!

The Perfect Christmas Gift and How to Use it for Better Health!

Don't Shop Til You Drop! Here's the Perfect Christmas Gift and How to Use it for Better Health! It’s hard to find the perfect Christmas gift.  But if you could find a gift that not only delivered great skin, but improved health as well, wouldn’t you want to know the secret?

We thought you would. All people everywhere have the right to both feel good and look their best. So why not do it naturally? There’s a lot of hype out there promising results from expensive serums. But the truth is, your skin is one large detoxification organ. If it’s angry, the inside is angry too. Eucalyptus has antiseptic, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties causing it to very efficient at cleansing the body when inhaled and absorbed through steam.

Eucalyptus oil is an essential oil which can be found in many health food stores and online. It should not be confused with camphor oil. Eucalyptus oil should not be ingested, applied directly to the skin, or used in excess of suggested amounts.

This is why Eurospa developed a eucalyptus oil shower spray. We knew you deserved the benefits and we want to deliver. Below are a few ways to benefit from this amazing oil:

Instructions For Stove Top Steaming

Fill the kettle and bring the water to a boil.
Place the bowl on a stable surface, such as a table.
Turn the kettle off and carefully pour approximately four to six cups of water into the bowl.
Add two to three drops of eucalyptus oil to the water.
With your head at approximately arm’s length away, cover your head with the towel. Don’t bring your face too close to the water.
Close your eyes and breathe deeply. Continue for 10 minutes.
If you start to feel overheated or uncomfortable, remove the sheet.

Shower Steam Option

While the stove top is a great option, busy people may want to be more efficient with their time, and opt to steam in the shower or bath tub. For this, we provide an affordable Eucalyptus Oil Shower Spray that you can spray into the steam.  We suggest you close up all bathroom doors, windows and curtains to achieve the full affect.

Safety Precautions

Do not add more than the suggested amount of eucalyptus oil.
Keep children away while doing a eucalyptus steam inhalation.
Certain people should avoid eucalyptus steam inhalation, such as those with heart conditions, central nervous system disorders, and pregnant women. Infants, children, and elderly people may not be able to respond appropriately to the heat.      [source]
