The body loves a chance to release stored toxins in the skin and other organs. Either create a good steaming shower and add our eucalyptus oil shower spray to the mix or do the same in a quality sauna or steam room. This will also fight bronchial infections, respiratory struggles, improve circulation and alleviate pain from fibromyalgia and arthritis.
Keeping hydrated allows the body to both function efficiently and to flush toxins and bacteria from your system. Water is essential for the optimal function of every system in your body.
The following foods are extremely beneficial for your overall health and strength of your immune system. Be sure to get a balanced amount of each.

Vitamin D is the number one prevention and treatment for illness as it is an amazingly effective antimicrobial agent, producing 200 to 300 different antimicrobial peptides in your body that kill bacteria, viruses and fungi. The best source for vitamin D is direct sunlight exposure, but isn’t always available for many or practical during the winter. The next best thing to sunlight is the use of a safe indoor tanning device. If neither natural nor artificial sunlight is an option, then using oral supplements is your best bet.

Need a pick me up? Not interested in #energydrinks or prescription drugs?
Now all you need to do is rub your hands together. The key is what you put on your palms before you do the rubbing. Spray a couple of shots of 100% pure Eurospa Eucalyptus Oil Shower Spray on your hands, rub them together for a few seconds very rapidly to create heat, energizing the oil. Now just bring the hands to your nose, and breath in.
The first time you do it, don’t breath in too deeply. While the first breath can’t hurt you, it sure might be a bit overwhelming. The exploding molecules of the essential oil will continue to provide natural stimulation while opening your sinuses, flood through your respiratory system, and opening your pores for a minute or so. Indulge as long as you like. Because this is an oil, not a scent, there is no residue, and in a few moments the delicious aroma will dissipate. Feel free to take another hit as often as you like.
You may need to hide the bottle since everyone around you is likely to want their own pick me up.
Eurospa offers Eucalyptus Oil in several convenient products.

I could not wake up this morning. But I have some secrets that help boost my energy even on my ‘snooze button’ days, so I wasn’t too stressed. I also know I’m not alone and other people would love to know what I do for my boost.
These Tips Will Help You Stop Hitting Snooze and Give You More Energy for Your Day!
Warm Lemon Water
This one works to give you that ZING and also cleanses… even your skin will look great after doing this a few days in a row! 1/2 Lemon. One mug of water. Honey to taste with a dash (or tsp) of cayenne pepper. GOOD MORNING!
We both know that with very little sleep, you’re likely to reach for a caffeinated beverage. If you’re so wise to choose tea – steep your tea as usual but then apply the tea bag to your under eye area. If you can listen to some energizing music and lay down for 5 minutes like this, you will feel more energized AND your eyes will look brighter!
Eucalyptus Oil Shower
This one is great and wonderfully refreshing! Simply take the eucalyptus oil shower spray and spritz it into the steam of the shower! The naturally occurring menthol will open up your lungs and rejuvenate you from the inside out.
I recommend keeping a small bottle of peppermint next to your bed. When you wake up (or during your daily lull), open the bottle and inhale deeply. You can even dab a few drops on your hairline, crown of the head and at the back of the neck. You’ll be boosted quickly and ready to take on the world!
We hope you find these tips useful and able to give you the energy boost you’re needing both inside and out! Have a beautiful day, from all of us at Eurospa!j
Health experts everywhere are saying more than ever that using a sauna or steam room regularly benefits your health, increases your immunity and quality of life. So if we told you you could get even more out of the experience, would you want to know more? Of course you would! We at Eurospa, specialize in boosting the immune system with and making a better spa experience with essential oils. And today, we want to share how!
Saunas are known as fixtures in spas, gyms and even some homes. The benefits range from relaxation to weight loss and cleansing! If you are considering adding sauna treatments to your health or wellness routine at home, it’s important to know the benefits.
Here are some easy ways to boost the health benefits of your sauna time!
One health advantage that can only be provided through the heat of saunas is the expectorant effect, when adding a menthol based essential oil to the mix, such as eucalyptus oil. These oils thin and open the mucous membranes in your body, including in your sinuses, throat and lungs. If you suffer chronic congestion or sinus infections, using eucalyptus, peppermint and rosemary, can help loosen and clear the mucous from your nose, chest and throat.
Heat has an analgesic, or pain relieving, effect due to its ability create more effective blood flow. Painful conditions caused by inflammation such as arthritis and fibromyalgia can be temporarily managed through heat treatments like those found in both saunas and steam rooms. Massaging essential oils, such as peppermint, eucalyptus, rosemary or even wintergreen, in small amounts and diluted with coconut oil, on to the muscles before and after entering the heat will further your results even more! For managing pain, saunas may be preferable for people who are negatively affected by humidity as are some sufferers of acute rheumatoid arthritis.
Saunas are said to provide a spectrum of emotional and physical relaxation benefits. Wet and dry heat simulate sedative effects that generate feelings of calmness and relaxation, and some people who suffer emotional or mood disorder may find relief with regular trips to saunas or even steam rooms. Along with a carrier oil, massage lavender, wild orange, ylang ylang or lemon myrtle along your chest, shoulders and back of the neck. This will boost relaxation and allowing the oils to work as a mood balancer with the heat for heightened relaxation.
The heat of saunas also promote muscle relaxation, which can provide pain relief from muscular injuries such as those from overuse or exercise. As you can see, the heat of saunas and steam rooms can have added benefits when putting different essential oils into the mix.
At Eurospa, we strive to create and distribute the highest quality eucalyptus products possible for home and spa. Your health is our priority. See how we can help you today!
Aromatherapy has been shown to carry many benefits in terms of wellness and stress relief. For example, one study showed that aromatherapy does indeed have an effect on brain waves, and can alter behavior. But not all scents are created equal, nor do they affect human physiology and behavior in the same ways. Below, we at Eurospa want to share with you some of the top scents used in aromatherapy, to relieve stress and enhance better health; not to mention, some great ways to use them.
If you deal with daily stress, these aromatherapy secrets may be your solution!
Lavender is associated with feelings contentment, improved cognitive performance (some measures) and mood as well, and has also shown other mild sedative and calming effects. It’s also been shown to reduce cortisol levels . It can soothe babies and new mothers alike, promote positive mother-infant interactions, and promote sleep in infants, and promote deep sleep in men and women, as well. This can be a great choice for anyone trying to relax for sleep or feel more calm and relaxed during the day.
Eucalyptus and Rosemary
I put these here together as they work off each other for an even more enhanced effect. Eucalyptus is known to be clearing and cleansing. Rosemary is associated with feelings of contentment. Both have been shown to have positive affects on performance and mood and have demonstrated the ability to reduce cortisol levels. Add rosemary to your diffuser. Spray eucalyptus oil shower spray into the steam of your shower or just around the home! These oils are great choices for de-stressing during the day when there is still work to be done.
Peppermint aromatherapy has been found to increase memory and alertness, which can provide a great pick-me-up for too-tired, too-busy people, stressed students, and the overworked.
So much research has shown that citrus oils, such as lemon, wild orange and lime, possess anti-depressant-type effects, making it a good choice for stress relief and mood enhancement as well. Place a few drops on the palms of your hands and rub along your chest and shoulders. The oil is not only antibacterial by nature, but increases feelings of lightness and joy!

Oral herpes are so common at this point that statistics say around 80% – 90% of the population at least has been in contact with the herpes virus. So it’s only fair that those of us with natural solutions in our toolbox, would be excited to share just how to kick your cold sores faster and get on with your life!
For starters, if you are prone to cold sores, cut down on nuts. Cold sores (herpes) are sensitive to the amino acid, arginine, which nuts have high amounts of. The opposite of arginine, is the amino acid, Lysine. Look familiar?
Lysine is a really useful preventative and symptomatic tool to fight the sores. Taken on a regular basis, lysine helps to defend your weaker cells against susceptibility to the viruses response.
For immediate relief, apply an ice cube to the sore. This will bring down the swelling and reduce the redness. Repeat as needed.
There are some great essential oils that are able to help both prevent and heal the herpes cold sores.
- Oregano – Studies have show that this powerful plant has been able to at least cause the virus to go dormant. Some argue that the virus has even been eliminated from the body, but we can’t be so sure. If you’d like to try this remedy, you’ll simply need to get a carrier oil such as coconut or jojoba oil and place a few drops of the oil on your lower spine and massage it in. Do this twice per day. The oil is said to penetrate into the vertabrae, where the virus hides, and destroy it. (Oregano is a hot oil, and caution is to be taken, as to not get it in your eyes or on the skin without dilution.)
- Peppermint & Lemon – Used as a treatment, when the cold sore arrives, put a small drop of each oil on the location. Repeat as desired. Cold sores are a hot / wet virus, which means it will be healed by drying and cooling remedies, which lemon and peppermint are. Many people say Tea Tree or Melaleuca are good, but on the contrary, they are hot oils and are more likely to aggravate the condition.
- Eucalyptus – I love this remedy because it feels so good. In the shower, spray eucalyptus oil shower spray into the steam. Eucalyptus is a powerful antiseptic and is particularly good at destroying viruses. Another way to do it is to spray it on a cotton ball and apply it directly to the sore. *For genital herpes, use the cotton ball method as well, with a carrier oil applied first*
Herpes is not an easy condition to live with, but can be managed with the above and many other natural tips.
Eurospa is always researching new healing uses for eucalyptus oil and ways to share them with our clients. We strive to create healthier homes and spas with our high quality products and hope that you will contact us today!
