How to Find Surprisingly Fast, Natural Relief for Back Pain

Whether you’ve been dealing with back pain for a long time, or the pain is new to you due to trauma or exercise, back pain slows your day down and needs to be alleviated fast. But pain pills can’t offer long-term relief without side effects. So what can you do?

You need natural relief that can heal your body instead of masking symptoms. So that’s why you need our Eucalyptus Oil ShowerMist.

When Eucalyptus essential oil is of a high quality and not processed or diluted, it has anti-inflammatory and soothing properties that make it a great option when treating sore or over-exercised muscles. Eucalyptus oil can help relax stiff muscles, allowing for pain relief, a greater range of motion, and easy muscle movement.

So how can you soothe your muscle aches with Eucalyptus oil?

Here are a few ways:

How to Heal Back Pain with Eucalyptus Oil

  1. Add 3-5 drops of straight (neat) Eucalyptus oil directly onto sore muscles and slowly massage it into the skin (it’s a strong oil though, and it may be best to dilute with coconut oil first until you know how your body responds).
  2. Add 15-50 drops of Eucalyptus oil to a hot bath. Combined with the benefits of the oil, the heat of the water encourages muscles to relax and helps reduce next-day stiffness. For additional benefits, Epsom salts can be added to the water as well.
  3. The easiest and best option is to get our Eucalyptus Oil ShowerMist, spraying it into the hot steam of your shower, or even into the warmth of a sauna or steam room.

Remember, the body has an amazing ability to heal itself when supported well through lifestyle and proper health habits. Pain in the body is also a sign of something else going on, so dealing with the root cause naturally can help you find long-term relief.

How to Use Eucalyptus Oil for Healthier, Stronger Hair Fast

When it comes to hair, countless women are looking for ways to help it grow longer, stronger, and faster. So many pills out on the market promise to give you unbelievable results. The problem is that most of their results are unbelievable. And those that believe do so out of sheer determination to find something that delivers the results they are looking for. We’ve all been there at some point.

The truth about quick fixes is, even if they do provide a fast result, they don’t often offer a lasting one. The best fixes are foundational, long-term, and sustainable.

We believe in natural healing and health through the power of food, lifestyle, and the plants around us. Why? Because all three of these “fixes” have shown themselves to be reliable resources for long-term change. And if you’re looking for help with the health and growth of your hair, we want to share our best option for healthy, affordable, and visible results that appear faster than you think.

Eucalyptus Oil for Healthier Hair

An essential oil for your hair? It may sound odd, but its abilities are unparalleled when it comes to hair growth. Eucalyptus has several health benefits, but it’s most well-known for healing and regeneration, which is exactly what your hair needs. Here’s how it can help:

Eliminates Dandruff

Eucalyptus oil can eliminate dandruff, which is not only unsightly but also clogs the pores, making it difficult for hair to grow.

When using Eucalyptus oil for dandruff, simply wet your hair to open the pores, then spray Eucalyptus Oil ShowerMist onto the scalp about 8 inches from the head and gently massage your scalp for a few minutes. Allow the oil to sit for a few moments to activate in the steam of the shower.

Breathe in the steam as well, for an added boost to your immune system and respiratory health.

This method is also beneficial in getting rid of head lice and their eggs, so parents should keep this oil handy to protect the little ones’ heads safe from an invasion.

Promotes Elasticity

Another benefit of Eucalyptus oil is that it can increase hair elasticity. So many of us know how frustrating it can be when you are trying to grow out your hair into luxurious locks only to lose your progress to breakage and split ends. To prevent this from happening, Eucalyptus oil strengthens hair and promotes a healthier hair structure.

Now you can have a healthier head of hair that will wow everyone around you. And all because of Eucalyptus oil.

There are so many more benefits Eucalyptus oil can provide, and especially when infused with other oils. If you want more tips, then sign up for our newsletter right now!

Why One Mom Is OBSESSED With Spraying Eucalyptus Oil In Her Shower

We know our Eucalyptus Oil ShowerMist is amazing. But when moms who’ve “tried everything” use and rave about our product, our ears perk up and we get excited. Eucalyptus oil is a powerful and healing tool for better internal health through supporting the body’s respiratory system with the added bonus of energizing the mind and bringing relief to body aches and soreness. Who wouldn’t want that?

Well, Janice, from www.5minutesformom.com – agrees wholeheartedly with us and was excited to spread the word about her “shower revelation.” Here’s what Janice had to say,

“I realize that it seems like 95% of people on this continent are now using essential oils to treat everything from their headaches to their tummy aches to their toe fungus, and I have jumped on that essential oil band wagon as well. I diffuse oils constantly – I have a diffuser by my bed and one in my kitchen. I rub them into my temples and the bottoms of my feet. I drink them, cook with them, clean with them and even bathe with them.

But for some reason, I had never showered with essential oils.

I guess I needed EuroSpa to make a shower mist with 100% pure eucalyptus oil and tell me to spray it into the steam of a hot shower for me to figure it out.

And now I am changed. I will be spraying eucalyptus oil into my showers for the rest of my days. It would just be silly not to…

  1. It wakes me up — Yes, I have always used my morning shower to “wake up,” but adding eucalyptus oil to that morning wake up is like adding a shot of caffeine to my shower experience, but without any caffeine needed!
  2. It clears out my sinuses — I don’t always have a cold. Although, as a mom with grade school kids, it seems like I am usually fighting off something. But even when I don’t have a virus, the eucalyptus oil seems to open up my sinuses, like I am breathing in fresh, misty mountain air.
  3. It is invigorating — I am not a morning person. I have a hard time “getting started.” But some deep breaths of eucalyptus invigorates me from the inside and out. It makes me a little bit more ready for my day.
  4. It feels like a spa — I haven’t had a facial in years, maybe decades. Going to the spa just isn’t in my budget. But with a few squirts of eucalyptus oil into the hot steam of my shower, my morning shower just went up in value. An easy taste of affordable indulgence.

How To Use

It’s so easy to transform your shower into a spa-like eucalyptus steam room…

  1. Begin by spraying one or two spritzes into the palms of your hands.
  2. Rub vigorously together to create heat.
  3. Now cup and bring slowly to your nose and breath in gently.
  4. Before you get in the shower, run hot water and spray into the steam.
  5. While you’re in the shower, you can also spray above the shower head.
  6. You may use between 5 to 10 sprays depending on how rich you want the scent.”

We believe you have the right to feel good and experience excellent health. Bronchitis shouldn’t hold you back at all.

How to Get Relief from Bronchitis

Bronchitis is an inflammation of the trachea and bronchial tubes, typically resulting from a viral infection, such as a cold or flu. If you get bronchitis once, you tend to get it again. When essential oils are used at the earliest signs of bronchitis, they can help slow or even stop the cycle of inflammation.

  • Avoid eating mucous-producing foods, such as dairy product, white flour products, and all products containing large amounts of white sugar. A diet of fruits and vegetables only for a week or two is a great diet for bronchitis.
  • Increase your regular intake of water to at least ½ gallon daily (on a “normal” day, you should be drinking at least half your body weight in ounces).
  • Avoid very dry air by using a diffuser and or getting into steam as often as possible. Add drops of Eucalyptus oil to the diffuser to enhance the effect. Further, get our amazing Eucalyptus Oil ShowerMist and spray it into the shower steam. Your lungs will open up quickly, and the relief feels great.
  • Stay away from all tobacco or industrial smoke.
  • Generally, avoid cough suppressants, since coughing helps to lift and eliminate the mucus that is generated by the bronchial inflammation.

Relief from bronchitis is possible without the use of dangerous drugs and chemicals.

Sciatica pain is a tricky monster to calm, but there are solutions for relief that you deserve to know about. It’s frustrating to experience a pain so irritating and debilitating. Sciatica pain is quite common but it’s natural home remedies for pain relief are not so common.

It’s time to stop suffering. Get fast relief from sciatica pain with these natural remedies.

Ease Your Sciatica pain naturally with essential oils

Since sciatica may become worse with touch therapies, one way to effectively ease the pain is through essential oils. This can be done via aromatherapy or by applying a mixture of essential oils with a carrier, such as almond, olive, or jojoba oil to the painful area. Essential oils can also be used in a hot compress applied to the painful area.

Some oils that are commonly recommended, include:

  • German Chamomile – German chamomile is a powerful anti-inflammatory. It also stimulates the production of red blood cells. In addition to its sedative properties, German chamomile also acts as an anti-spasmatic and analgesic (pain reliever).
  • Sweet Marjoram – Sweet marjoram has many of the same properties as German chamomile. It acts as an anti-spasmatic and promotes deep relaxation. It is also a powerful stimulant and should not be used during pregnancy.
  • Cypress Oil – Cypress oil comes from the leaves (needles) and cones of the Mediterranean Cypress trees of Europe. It is used for stimulating blood circulation and is a powerful astringent. Like German chamomile and sweet marjoram, it is also an anti-spasmatic and often used to relieve the cramps, sprains, and strains of athletic injuries as well as the pain of rheumatoid arthritis.
  • Eucalyptus– In addition to its uses as a decongestant and germicide, Eucalyptus is an effective analgesic. It also has been found to have a stimulating effect on the mind.

Please keep in mind, that these essential oils should not be applied directly to the skin, but added to a massage lubricant, warm water, steam, or used as a compress. For example:

  • If using as a compress, add four drops each of the German chamomile, marjoram, and cypress to about one teaspoon of massage oil, then add that mixture to a small bowl of very warm water. Use a washcloth or small towel to absorb the liquid. Wring it out and apply to the area of pain. Remove when compress becomes cool and repeat.
  • If using in a massage session, add one or more of the essential oils in the proportion of 10-15 drops of oil to one ounce of carrier oil or crème. Allow the mixture to sit and blend for two to three hours before using.
  • As a pain-relieving bath, 10 drops of essential oil can be added to warm water. Soak the body for no more than 15-20 minutes.
  • When using steam, mix 10-20 drops of oil in a 6 oz spray bottle with a little water and fractionated coconut oil, then spray into the steam. You can keep it simple by using our Eucalyptus Oil ShowerMist which you can spray directly into the steam with no hassle. Steam allows essential oils to penetrate the pores and travel internally via the respiratory system.

Always remember to use high-quality essential oils for therapeutic use. Adding essential oils to your self-care is a great way to support your body in its own healing.
